Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for lawful, safe, and responsible use of Fusion AI.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of Fusion AI and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. It protects users, third parties, and the integrity of our platform.

2. Scope

This AUP applies to all users, accounts, API access, integrations, uploads, prompts, generated outputs, and any activity connected to the Service.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to engage in the following:

  • Violating any applicable law, regulation, court order, or export control or sanctions requirement
  • Infringing intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity
  • Distributing malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets, or malicious code
  • Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data (including credential stuffing, scanning, or exploitation)
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service, infrastructure, or other users (including denial-of-service attacks)
  • Circumventing usage limits, credit systems, authentication, or security controls
  • Scraping, crawling, or harvesting the Service except through documented APIs within rate limits
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or providing unauthorized access to the Service without written permission
  • Harassing, threatening, defaming, or discriminating against others
  • Generating or distributing content that exploits or harms minors
  • Promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal weapons or drugs
  • Sending spam, phishing, or deceptive communications
  • Misrepresenting AI-generated content as human where disclosure is legally required

4. AI-Specific Restrictions

When using AI features, you additionally agree not to:

  • Use the Service to develop or deploy systems intended to cause physical harm, unlawful surveillance, or discrimination prohibited by law
  • Submit prompts or content designed to jailbreak, bypass safety filters, or elicit prohibited outputs from models
  • Use outputs to create deepfakes or impersonations for fraud or harassment
  • Rely on AI outputs for high-risk decisions (medical, legal, financial, safety-critical systems) without qualified human review
  • Submit sensitive personal data you are not authorized to process, including special category data under GDPR without a lawful basis
  • Use the Service to generate spam, SEO manipulation at scale, or automated disinformation campaigns

5. Code and Repository Use

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to code and repositories you connect or upload. Do not upload stolen code, trade secrets you are not authorized to share, or content subject to contractual confidentiality restrictions.

If you connect GitHub or other VCS integrations, comply with those platforms' terms as well.

6. Security Research

Good-faith security research is welcome if conducted responsibly. Before testing, contact fusionai@fusionprojects.online with a description of your research. Do not access data belonging to other users, degrade Service availability, or publicly disclose vulnerabilities before we have had reasonable time to remediate.

7. Resource Fair Use

We may impose rate limits, concurrency caps, and credit consumption policies to maintain platform stability. Excessive automated usage, crypto mining, or resource-intensive workloads unrelated to software development are prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

8. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations using logs, automated systems, and manual review. Enforcement actions include warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, termination, content removal, and referral to law enforcement.

We are not obligated to monitor all activity but reserve the right to do so to protect the Service and users.

9. Reporting Violations

Report abuse or security concerns to fusionai@fusionprojects.online. Include relevant URLs, account identifiers, timestamps, and descriptions. For copyright claims, include a detailed notice with contact information and identification of the material at issue.

10. Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted at https://fusionprojects.online/acceptable-use.
